Ingredients
- 1 kg of Seafood Marinara Mix
- 1/2 a cup of chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups of cream
- 4 cloves of garlic crushed
- 4 teaspoons Thai green curry
- 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Just add everything to the slow cooker. Mix through and cook on low for 3 hours. Thicken to taste with cornflour and water at the end and serve by itself or with crusty bread, rice, pasta, whichever you like. Any leftovers are great on toast for Breakfast.
Notes
- Add some Fresh Huon Salmon, cubed for a richer flavour
