Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup of light olive oil
  2. 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  3. 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon of Gin
  5. 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
  6. salt and ground black pepper to taste
  7. 2 dozen Moreton Rocks or 1 dozen Coffin Bay Half shell oysters
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix oil,lemon juice, vinegar, gin and chives with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2. Spoon dressing over the oysters and serve.
