Ingredients
  1. 1 cup chopped onion
  2. 4 bacon strips, chopped
  3. 3 cans evaporated milk
  4. 1 can corn kernels undrained
  5. 1/2 cup o f mussel meat or clams diced
  6. 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  7. 2 tablespoons butter
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 3/4 teaspoons pepper
  10. 500 grams of Cod, Hoki, or Ling cooked and broken into pieces
  11. Minced Chives (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a Large saucepan, cook onion and bacon over a medium heat until onion is tender, drain.
  2. Add milk, corn, mussels, potatoes, butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender, about 20 mins.
  4. Stir in fish and heat through.
  5. Serve into bowls with some fresh crusty bread...Yumm.
